Got the job done right
Our central air went down last week during the hot weather. Air Done Right was available to check our old unit and see if they could fix it within 24 hours. They provided a great assessment; I know how to do most of this work myself, and these guys knew what they were doing in terms of testing and troubleshooting.
Our unit was old and needed to be replaced due to a bad compressor; they lined us up with several options quickly, at a fair price, and scheduled the work for a few days later.
They were on time, got the job done right with skilled technicians and addressed every detail. It's great to find an HVAC service that you can count on - will definitely be working with them in the future.

I am so glad I hired Air Done Right to carefully diagnose the problem with my high-efficiency boiler system, and then expertly perform maintenance and repair to get things back in great working order. One other company had tried to tell me the whole system needed replacing to the tune of $25k. This was after a completely bogus 10-minute "diagnostic" which was so shady they eventually refunded what I paid them to do it! And this was a big company. Another company came in and began to price out replacing the system without any diagnostics performed at all! Who can you trust? In my case, the answer is Air Done Right. This small, honest, local business took the time to actually diagnose the situation and came to the expert conclusion it could be repaired. They then proceeded to do just that with excellence, unwavering professionalism, and top-notch communication throughout. They truly saved me thousands upon thousands of dollars because they are in the business of doing things right, like it says in their name. And they are ethical, which isn't easy to find these days. Above all, I am so happy to have found an HVAC company with whom I know I can work going forward to keep my system maintained and in good working order. I am very grateful there are still outstanding companies out there, doing quality work, run by decent human beings. I am a very happy customer.

Air Done Right always gets it right! I’ve used their services in the past for my HVAC unit and called them again for my current issue. I went to take a shower and the water wouldn’t get hot, so I went into the basement and realized my water heater went. I called and explained my issue and within 2 hours service technicians were at my door. They were polite, knowledgeable, efficient, and very professional. My service was completed in an hour… talk about speedy service! I will always use Air Done Right.

When a person can give you a price right away, that shows what they are doing and they know their business. The process went smoothly and was completed before the time I was quoted.
